廣州觀達路數據中心位于廣州市黃埔區觀達路20號，距廣深高速蘿崗出口約2公里，是本公司華南云計算數據中心集群的一期項目。觀達路數據中心為4層建筑，總面積約2.4萬平方米，約2,800個機柜，2018年投產。
Guangzhou Guanda Data Center, the 1st phase project of South China Cloud Computing Data Center Cluster, is located in No. 20 Guanda Road, Huangpu District, Guanghzou, 2km from Luogang Exit of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway. With 4 storeys and 24,000㎡ construction area, Guanda Road Data Center will provide 2,800 cabinets in total, and put into operation in 2018.

Diesel generator with N+1 redundant configuration, operating 12 hours without refueling, and have been signed agreement with the suppliers nearby.
單機柜電力13A~20A，局部可按需改造
Each rack power: 13A~20A; partial rack power could be expanded

機房使用精密空調調節室內溫度和濕度
Precision air-conditioners control IDC temperature and humidity
空調系統采用UPS電源供電，空調冗余N+1
N+1 redundant air-conditioning system powered by UPS
地板下送風，上回風，冷通道封閉（冷熱通道嚴格隔離）
Down-flow air supply, up-flow air return, enclosed cold passages (cold and hot passages are isolated)
水冷，給水中斷的情況下系統24小時的正常運行；蓄冷罐15分鐘不間斷制冷
Water cooling system operates 24 hours without water supply; cold storage tank provides 15 minutes’ cooling in case chillers fail

分區相互獨立，可以實現分區滅火，此外配備手持式滅火器及空氣呼吸器
